Package your case, Include RX Form, and make sure the box is completely secure. Separate models, secure impressions & bites.

If your case must be expedited/rush make sure to write RUSH on the RX Form, no need to call and pre-schedule your case. We will make sure your case gets done in time, from a single unit to a 20 unit case.

If sending more than one case, make sure to staple RX Form to the outside of each bag.
